Detailed Project Description:

• Project involved the initial make safe of a badly fire impacted warehouse containing pool chemicals. Large 2 level concrete tilt up panels had already fallen on neighbour properties during the fire.

• Initial works involved the removal of 4 x 2nd level concrete panels and the entire steel roof structure to make the area safe. The remaining panels were then propped

• Hazardous pool chemicals were removed and disposed of

• Structure was progressively dismantled by coring new lifting holes in panels and lifted out by cranage
